Follow-up Services

After ensuring the victim’s health and safety and following a special rehabilitation and training period, coordination with authorities in the victim’s home country is carried out, where the necessary legal procedures are taken in preparation for the victim’s relocation, where appropriate. These steps include continued coordination to ensure that the victim, where necessary, is referred to social services or a similar shelter in their home country for further rehabilitation, thereby preventing the recurrence of falling prey to human traffickers.
